PCFMA • Special Projects
This is a collection of curated special projects completed while working at PCFMA, which I believe best showcases my key strengths. This compilation includes logo design concepts and the final logo for a sister non-profit organization created by PCFMA, Food Ed. Also highlighted are examples of design and art direction crafted for educational and food access projects funded by grants received from the USDA.
In addition to directly benefitting PCFMA with my core design and marketing efforts , I’ve thrived in this role by spearheading collaborative projects with Bay Area governments, farmers within the organization, local businesses, and other external entities.
This has allowed me to lend my creative talents to a range of innovative and exciting projects. I’ve been allotted the opportunity to work on everything from commemorative beer and wine glasses for Art & Wine Festivals to advertisements for city sanctioned community concert series.
One such project was a unique cookbook for the Town of Danville. This project aimed to celebrate local chefs and restaurants that partner with the Danville Farmers’ Market. I meticulously oversaw every detail, from capturing the photography, designing the cover and layout, crafting compelling copy, negotiating production costs, to launching the accompanying promotional campaign to get the finished book into the hands of customers.
